- Students are required to submit their Ph.D. Qualifying Exam applications to their department between 02 - 13 March, 2026.
- The head of the department will deliver "Ph.D. Qualifying Exam Jury Appointment Forms" through EBYS to the Graduate School between 16 - 27 March, 2026.
- The results of the exam must be reported to the Graduate School through EBYS within three days after the qualifying exam.
