About the Program
- To be able to deal with the problems of private law in an analytical way and to produce solutions,
- Having the power of abstract thinking and to analyze theories that was learned from the point of view of private law, using his knowledge for these purposes,
- To be able to look closely and critical current developments of the private law in the world and in Turkey in line with the scientific method that can analyze academic honesty,
- To educate qualified scientists and researchers in the field of private law.
Courses
Application Information and Admission Requirements
- Having a law undergraduate diploma.
- GPA (Grade Point Average) must be at least 2.00 over 4.00 or equivalent
- A minimum score of 55 in ALES-EA or an equivalent score in the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
- A minimum score of 55 in English in ÜDS / KPDS / YDS / YÖKDİL / e-YDS or an equivalent score in an English proficiency exam recognized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
- There is no tuition fee for Turkish candidates. International candidates are required to pay tuition fee and application fee. Current tuition fee is 15.000,00 TL for each year. Subject to change.
- Adequate level of Turkish.
Değerlendirme
50% of ALES, or its equivalent
20% of Graduation Grade,
30% of Scientific Proficiency Examination = 65 Full score and above.
